About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Campaign Calling: Design and execute segmented product-based campaigns to meet sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and trust-building activities.
- Service Request Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in selling financial products is necessary.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
