
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising business delivery under our Agency travel team and tying up with Channel Management - Agents.
You will primarily grow the business with profits by liaising with Operations & Product tower, Process Excellence group, Claims, Finance, legal, Business Intelligence, marketing & Human Resource teams.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium
- Responsible for sustainable Profitability
- To maintain the Hygiene
- Recruitment and retention of agents
- Responsible for Activation
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
You will ensure that we deliver the best of our services to clients as well as banks.
Stakeholder interfaces:
Internal Stakeholders:
- Operations (BOPs& COPs) - for the issuance of policies
- Underwriter - for analyzing the risk factor
- Finance Team - Taxations handling
- Human Resources - to share foresights into the business and build the talent pool accordingly
- Training Team - for training employees
- NSM/RSM/ASM - for suggestions
External Stakeholders:
- Agents
- Broker
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in insurance
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience of leading a company/business line in Retail Sales.
Education:
- Any Graduation
