Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in your assigned territory by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

  • You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing them with the necessary training, support, and motivation to achieve their goals.
  • You will analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase sales performance.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders to ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase sales performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • A postgraduate degree is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
