Our organization seeks a seasoned Product Launch Manager to lead cross-functional planning, drive product launches, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with regional leaders to ensure timely adherence to launch milestones.
- Develop and maintain integrated launch plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful product launches.
- Oversee the commercial aspects of new product launches, from demand generation to supply planning.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of oncology/specialty products in Europe and emerging markets. They must be able to assess go-to-market strategies and support local teams in customer profiling, target setting, and channel planning.
A deep understanding of product potential in the European market is also essential. The candidate should be able to provide insights on customer preferences and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
Furthermore, the candidate should possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, manage, and develop a team of planners and launch managers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience with project management tools, process improvement methodologies, and data analysis software.
