Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the growth of our organization over the next 24 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy encompassing multiple channels (D2C, B2B, institutional, gifting, exports).
  • Identify and cultivate new revenue streams and partnerships to expand brand reach and influence.
  • Oversee P&L responsibility, revenue targets, and bottom-line discipline to drive business success.
Business Development & Partnerships:
  • Foster large-scale institutional tie-ups with hotels, corporates, events, and wellness studios.
  • Expand gifting programs across corporate, seasonal, and global collaborations.
  • Explore international markets through export partners and distributors.
Brand & Marketing Custodianship:
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on brand storytelling, campaigns, and product launches to enhance brand awareness.
  • Drive awareness through narratives centered around wellness, sustainability, and social impact.
  • Establish strategic alliances with chefs, influencers, and wellness partners to amplify brand presence.
Operations & Team Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
  • Implement clear SOPs and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and develop the team, fostering an entrepreneurial culture that drives innovation and growth.
Impact & Sustainability:
  • Ensure alignment with our organization's mission of empowering Himalayan communities through sustainable practices.
  • Measure and communicate social impact alongside business success to drive meaningful change.
