We are seeking a results-driven Banking and NBFC Sales Manager to join our team at Orange Shark. As a sales manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the education loan market.

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, achieving monthly segment-wise logins and loan disbursements targets, and generating revenue through new customer acquisition.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales executives and achieve monthly segment-wise logins and loan disbursements targets.
  • Generate revenue through new customer acquisition for education loans.
  • Supervise and control coordination for sales executives for house visits.
  • Meet channel partners on a regular basis and generate leads and referrals for new business acquisitions.
