Job Responsibilities">We are looking for an exceptional AVP-Commercial Partner to drive our commercial partnerships strategy. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on startups and fintech. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Negotiating and finalizing deals with banks and NBFCs
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in finance and partnerships
We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from ₹60 lakh to ₹1.2 crores per annum, based on experience, along with additional benefits and perks.
