Performance Marketing Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled performance marketing specialist to own, optimize, and scale our paid media strategy to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from digital agencies, driving measurable pipeline growth and brand visibility through effective performance marketing channels.

About the Role:

This position requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results-oriented performance marketing strategies that drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage successful PPC advertising campaigns across Search, Display, and Video channels
  • Develop and execute strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Utilize expertise in digital campaign management, including processes, workflows, and delivering performance against key performance indicators
  • Create and launch targeted retargeting ad campaigns and optimize for e-commerce conversions
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and interpret actionable insights
  • Prior experience working in the US market is a plus
  • Advanced experience with GA4, Google Looker Studio, and performance reporting tools
