Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned Senior Marketer to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles customer lifetime value (CLV) and the need for ongoing user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids targeting creatives and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily weekly and monthly performance reports ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages ad creatives and overall campaign performance.
  • Build and manage the marketing budget tracking spend against performance goals and optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends new advertising technologies and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting CRM-based campaigns and advanced segmentation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing digital advertising or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Has handled a significant performance marketing budget.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels including search Google Meta and other channels.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
