Performance marketing is a high-growth field that requires innovative and strategic thinkers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in running paid campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta and Google platforms. Snapchat experience is a bonus.

Key responsibilities include planning, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns to achieve client return on ad spend (ROAS) and drive brand growth. This involves taking full ownership of client accounts, communicating directly with clients, and collaborating with the creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.

Responsibilities also include staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements include a proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably, as well as a high-ownership mindset and ability to guide clients strategically.
