About the Role:

As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for creating and managing successful PPC advertising campaigns across Search, Display, and Video channels. This includes optimizing ad budgets to achieve high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from digital agencies and driving measurable pipeline growth through effective performance marketing strategies.

This role requires a strong track record of experience in digital campaign management, including processes, workflows, and delivering performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). You should have expertise in interactive marketing, media planning, and campaign management, as well as the ability to create and launch targeted retargeting ad campaigns and optimize for e-commerce conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a knack for innovative strategies that increase performance and reduce costs, with strong analytical skills to evaluate data and interpret actionable results. Additionally, they should have a passion for staying current on paid search and social trends and a desire to share that knowledge.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable attending daily stand-up meetings aligned with US time zones and flexible with working hours. The right individual will be confident in owning and executing strategies that make real business impact.
