Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The role involves daily income audits, cashiering duties and accounting responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial records and adherence to policies and procedures.

  • Daily Income Audit:
    • Prepare sales reports before 10:00 AM and circulate them among department heads and owners.
    • Run day-end in Jonas System and generate necessary reports by departments/outlets.
    • Audit all revenue transactions for accuracy, ensuring compliance with standards.
    • Prepare and issue management reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required.
    • Reconcile credit cards daily and post to the system.
  • Cashiering:
    • Collect and count cashier envelopes daily with a witness.
    • Record all amounts received in the General Cashier Daily Report.
    • Manage and reconcile petty cash, disburse cash after verifying requests, and maintain a register of petty cash advances.
  • Accounting:
    • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
    • Assist the chief accountant with annual and interim audits.
    • Maintain proper filing and ensure adherence to record retention policies.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of related experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and property management systems.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to assess financial information.
