
Financial Operations Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions within agreed service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior service to clients by meeting quality and service standards.
- Process and complete all operations administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, financial procedures and policies to minimize risk to the business.
- Conduct quality reviews to maintain high-quality standards and minimize rework.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries.
Governance & Risk:
- Comply with organizational policies, core values and procedures.
- Create and upkeep operational manuals and training materials.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Good understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages.
- Previous administration skills, data entry, and high-volume type role experience, ideally in a financial services industry.
- Possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow through.
