Financial Operations Specialist

We seek a meticulous Accounts & Finance Administrator to oversee end-to-end financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software, maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain general ledger, balance statements, and profit/loss accounts.
  • Process bank and credit card reconciliations, cash management reports, and account payable/receivable tasks.
  • Raise timely invoices to clients based on sales terms and follow up for payment clearance.
  • Maintain client contracts and agreements, ensuring smooth partnerships.
  • Assist with investor-related work, including issuing CCD certificates.
  • Prepare and store invoices, contact clients for payment reminders.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, reviewing staff reimbursements and expense vouchers.
  • Collaborate with administration for employee travel requests and project expenditures.
  • Prepare and file TDS and GST, ensuring timely compliance.
  • Ensure all statutory filings are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Identify and address discrepancies in accounts, invoices, or tax filings.
  • Support the Finance Manager in monthly and year-end closing processes, generating reports on accounts payable/receivable, cash flows, and project-wise expenditures.
  • Maintain both electronic and hard copies of financial reports, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
  • Oversee daily finance operations and reporting, supporting multiple projects by processing payments, vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
  • Participate in performance reviews, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, TDS, GST, accounts reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with financial data.
  • Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure. They should be comfortable learning new tools and technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
