Expert Financial Operations Professional

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in IT/ITES export accounting to lead our team's financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of Zoho Books and a proven track record of managing complete bookkeeping, international client invoicing, vendor invoices, expenses, and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, JVs, and adjustments.
- Create and manage international client export invoices in Zoho Books and handle bank reconciliations.
- Record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting.
- Manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools.
- Ensure compliance with TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES regulations.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and senior accountants to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Minimum 4 years of IT/ITES export accounting experience.
- Mandatory hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation).
- Strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Detail-oriented, independent worker with excellent reporting and documentation skills.
