Job Opportunity: Financial Operations Professional
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions in our organization.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Word to join our team as a Financial Operations Professional.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounting, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
- Candidates with B.Com/M.Com or related field qualifications will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting FunctionsThe Financial Operations Professional will be responsible for handling day-to-day bookkeeping activities in Tally, including sales/purchase entries, journals, ledgers, AP/AR management, bank reconciliation, petty cash, invoice/e-way bill preparation, and GST/TDS data preparation.
This role also involves supporting monthly closings, coordinating with the auditor, and preparing basic MIS reports in Excel and maintaining documentation in Word.
Required Skills & ExperienceTo succeed in this role, the candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Word, as well as prior experience in accounting.
Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and good communication skills are essential for this position.
