Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Performance Management
  • • Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • • Partner with stakeholders to conduct periodic reviews of financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • • Support the valuation process of portfolio companies by analyzing financial data and market trends.
  • • Manage treasury functions including capital call monitoring, reconciliations, and liquidity planning.
  • • Provide transaction support for capital deployment, including deal documentation review and payment processing.
  • • Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to investors, including quarterly statements and summaries.
  • • Communicate effectively with investors regarding capital calls and distributions, maintaining logs and tracking receipt of funds.
  • • Assist in audit preparations, coordinating third-party valuation inputs and ensuring timely submission of financial disclosures.
  • • Develop and review ad-hoc financial models and dashboards to inform internal decision-making.
  • • Review and comply with tax and regulatory requirements, working closely with tax advisors on direct and indirect tax matters.
  1. Financial Governance – Manager and Advisor Entities
  • • Collaborate with the Accounts team to review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal controls.
  • • Supervise the preparation and submission of tax filings, ensuring full regulatory compliance and timely execution within prescribed deadlines.
  • • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, optimizing turnaround times while maintaining robust internal controls.
  • • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and drive the delivery of high-quality MIS reports for stakeholders.
  • • Conduct comprehensive payroll reviews, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and alignment with internal policies.
  • • Support special projects and operational priorities assigned by finance leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • • CA with at least 4-5 years' experience
  • • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools
  • • Excellent multitasking abilities, navigating complex workflows and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, managing multiple stakeholders
