Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to oversee the company's financial planning processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business drivers and financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans, including annual budgets and long-range forecasts.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and present financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  • Business Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand business needs, track performance, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions.
  • Executive Support: Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards to support board meetings and executive reviews.
  • Scenario Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and risk analysis.
  • Process Enhancement: Enhance financial planning processes, tools, and systems to increase forecasting accuracy, automation, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance, with at least 20 years of progressive experience in finance, corporate finance, or business finance.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of business process mapping, with ERP/accounting software experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects is a plus.
