Order to Cash Professional

We are looking for an Order to Cash professional with a deep understanding of the entire process, including different invoice types (manual, consolidated, and automated).

The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in order-to-cash operations, with expertise in validating purchase orders, interacting with clients, managing collections and dispute resolution, and leading conference calls. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate purchase orders and bill orders
  • Interact with clients to gather feedback and support their needs
  • Manage order-to-cash related collections and disputes
  • Interact with end customers via phone and email to collect overdue amounts
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly collection targets
  • Develop relationships with customer financial managers through regular emails, faxes, and conference calls
  • Participate in governance meetings at the country or regional level and collaborate closely with the team to achieve deliverables and motivate team members
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement Lean and Six Sigma projects
Qualifications we seek in you

For this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce (MBA in finance is preferred)
  • Significant experience in order-to-cash operations

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
