Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Associate to join our team. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day operations while maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Making collection calls to customers and emailing/faxing invoices or obtaining hard copies as per their requests.">
  • Identifying and rectifying unidentified cash and managing the end-to-end process of Cash Applications.">
  • Processing cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites, ensuring timely, accurate, and confidential completion of Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR).">
  • FOLLOWING up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions, and working between departments to get a resolution.">
  • Reconciling orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customers for collection or refund.">

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)">
  • Freshers are eligible">
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written)">

Meaningful Experience: Preferred Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and significant experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash.
