Job Title: Operations Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to lead all collection and dispute resolution activities in accounts receivable and related settlement processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cash and collection domains, including the collection of invoices and dispute identification and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collection of invoices and management of all related processes
  • Dispute identification and resolution, account reconciliation, credit balance disposition, and unclaimed property administration
  • Effective communication and support of collection goals while providing quality customer service

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to learn ERP systems
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel
  • Good conceptual knowledge and experience in tax activities preferred
