Key Account Manager Role

This is a highly responsible and challenging role that requires strong analytical, communication and leadership skills. As a Deputy Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by driving growth, improving processes and developing high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting past due invoices and resolving credit balances
  • Reducing aged receivables through effective collection strategies
  • Analyzing data and creating reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in business involving cash collection, customer AR reconciliations and customer billing
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel proficiency, including creating pivot tables and V-lookups

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Oracle Financial experience
  • Accounting background
