Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely invoicing and accurate accounting in our ERP system within agreed timelines, based on confirmation from the project head.
  • We work closely with the legal department to ensure statutory compliance.
  • Daily E-Way Bill Processing Collection Follow-up & Reporting Monitoring and follow-up on overdue invoices Stock Transfer Outward Entry Proper selection of GL accounts, verification of statutory deductions, and ensuring correct accounting treatment.
  • We regularly review and analyze outstanding receivables Billing Gap Reports Review Driving process improvements to optimize receivables management.
  • The implementation of automation tools helps improve efficiency in collections and reporting. Reconciliation of Receivables and ensuring accuracy in accounts.
  • We maintain adherence to financial regulations

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance-related roles is required.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar) is essential.
  • A strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements (GST, TDS, etc.) is needed.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel and data analysis are a must.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills are essential.
  • Ability to identify gaps and drive automation/process improvements is key.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a sense of accountability are required.
