Job Title:
Automation Specialist

Description
We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation systems, including accounting software, journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue reconciliation, and financial reporting. You will also review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations, and balance books and prepare profit and loss, cash flow, income, and balance sheet statements.

Responsibilities
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities by ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial records and reporting in accordance with US GAAP, legal requirements, and corporate policies
• Prepare monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, reports, fluctuation analysis, and financial statements as required
• Correspond directly with external auditors to provide requested audit schedules and support

Requirements
• 3 years of relevant accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
• CPA preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
• ERP system experience, NetSuite preferred
• Corporate expense reporting system experience, Concur preferred
• SaaS or software company experience a plus
• Strong data analysis, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
