Technical Support Specialist for Buildings

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be part of our digital transformation initiative in buildings.

The successful candidate will provide technical support for building automation systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT sensors, and energy monitoring platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical assistance for hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to building automation.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of smart building technologies and software.
  • Collaborate with engineers, facility managers, and IT teams to ensure seamless operation of digital tools.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in technical support, preferably in smart buildings or infrastructure environments.
  • Familiarity with BMS, SCADA, IoT platforms, and cloud-based building analytics tools.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
