Drive Business Success as a Collections Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead all activities related to cash and collections. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for balancing cash-related transactions, implementing dispute management strategies, and interacting with customers to collect overdue amounts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the order-to-cash process, including manual, consolidated, and automated invoice types. You will work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely communication.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading all activities related to cash and collections
  • Implementing and enforcing cash-related strategies
  • Interacting with customers via calls and emails to collect overdue amounts
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly collections targets
  • Managing customer and country/region financial relationships through email, fax, and conference calls
  • Participating in governance meetings at the country/region level
  • Collaborating with team members to meet deliverables and motivate them to develop process standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
  • Meaningful work experience in cash and collections
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports from SAP is an added advantage
