Job Title: Manager-RCM

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of professionals in collections and dispute management, implementing strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
  2. Validate invoices, investigate discrepancies, and manage order-to-cash processes to meet targets.
  3. Interact with customers via calls and emails to collect overdue payments and resolve disputes.
  4. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly collection targets while identifying process improvement opportunities and driving implementation.
  5. Closely collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (MBA - Finance preferred).
  • Relevant work experience in Order to Cash, particularly in US Healthcare collections.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
