Collection Leadership Position

This role offers a challenging opportunity to lead a team of professionals in achieving financial targets through effective collection strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to reach budgeted numbers, working closely with the field force and support teams.
  • Set realistic goals for collection managers based on regional categories.
  • Oversee the coordination between accounts, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless functional support.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly performance targets by driving productivity and quality within the team.
  • Take ownership of high-value accounts to guarantee efficient collections.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • No less than 7 years of experience in retail collections, preferably credit cards.
  • Minimum of 10 years overall work experience.
