About the Position

This is a key role in our organization, where you will be responsible for ensuring seamless cash flow management by processing payments from various lockboxes to customer accounts.



Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Post payments from various lockboxes to customer accounts.
  • Aged Unidentified Cash Resolution: Research and resolve aged unidentified and unapplied cash receipts and accurately post to customer accounts.
  • Payment Coordination: Coordinate payments made by lockbox, ACH/Wire, and other adjustments to customer account for credits/debits and account write-offs.
  • Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile Cash - Balance accounting system funds against bank deposits and daily/monthly recon exercise.
  • Customer Refunds: Prepare Customer Refunds - Manual process of capturing documentation to troubleshoot.
