About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager to join our team at PAC Cosmetics Private Limited. As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales goals on online marketplaces, including Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Quick Commerce, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute growth initiatives (organic and paid) on various marketplaces to increase brand visibility.
- Deliver sales targets for overall brand and individual hero products/categories.
- Develop and implement media and promo planning, front-end operations, product assortment, supply chain, distribution, CRM, and brand marketing activities to enhance digital presence and boost product/category performance.
- Collaborate with marketplace partners to drive profitable sales growth through Joint Business Plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketplace partners at multiple levels.
Requirements:
- MBA in Sales and Marketing with 5 years of experience, preferably in the Beauty and Cosmetics Industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
- Strong solutions ability with a creative bent of mind.
- Strong customer orientation and interest in consumer internet.
- Ability to be a strong team player in cross-functional projects.
- Thorough and organized with a start-up enthusiast mindset.
