Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) are vital strategic levers to enhance the value of a business. This includes generating growth, enhancing capabilities, or reducing operational costs. It also offers a chance for business transformation, adopting new business models, workflows, and workplace cultures.

With increased disruptions, industry convergence, technological changes, and the dramatic shift to new business models, creating deal value in M&A has never been more crucial. The bar is getting higher, and deals are becoming more complex and expensive, making it challenging than ever.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive management information systems frameworks aligned with investment strategies and operational needs, focusing on the private equity sector.
  • Review control and monitoring mechanisms, establish and track critical key performance indicators periodically, and perform gap analysis.
  • Conduct deep-dive diagnostic reviews of financial statements and industry benchmarking.
  • Analyze financial data, develop financial models, and provide industry-specific insights into key financial ratios and key performance indicators.
  • Assist clients in integrations, separations, and carve-outs, including planning and managing 'day one activities' for seamless business transitions.
  • Support deal execution by providing timely and accurate data analysis, financial modeling, and decision-making insights.
  • Lead functional workstreams, conduct interviews and workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement services effectively.
  • Develop and manage project plans, identify risks and issues, and work with the team and client to create mitigation actions.
  • Facilitate extensive interactions with senior client representatives, providing status updates, gathering feedback, and aligning deliverables with client objectives.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and business development activities, including first-draft engagement letters and risk management considerations.
