Program Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EdTech Program Manager to oversee the delivery of impactful learning programs. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in running EdTech programs and possess strong operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student batches from onboarding to successful completion.
  • Maintain timely progress and ensure classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track.
  • Serve as the primary link between students, mentors, and our team.
  • Keep students engaged and motivated by tracking their progress and stepping in when necessary.
  • Support mentors to deliver high-quality sessions and maintain a smooth student journey.
  • Develop and improve post-sales processes for an enhanced student experience.
  • Monitor key metrics (attendance, completion percentage, feedback, NPS, etc.) and use data to drive program improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to optimize overall experience.
  • Identify and address potential issues (dropouts, delays) promptly.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in EdTech program management.
  • Strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with data and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
