Life Skills Program Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the successful implementation of life skills programs at schools across India.

You will work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the content team to ensure quality program development.
  2. Conduct day-to-day involvement with the content team and actively participate in content quality and readiness for market implementation.
  3. Participate in strategy and planning of multiple offerings for parents, teachers, and students as workshops, seminars, and training programs.
  4. Support marketing and operations strategies and rollouts.
Program Implementation
  1. Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
  2. Ensure successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions as required for smooth delivery of the program at assigned schools.
  3. Keep open communication flow with all stakeholders for smooth functioning and program success.
School Collaboration
  1. Presentations and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools to support business development activities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
  3. Conduct needs assessments and feedback from schoolteachers and management.
  4. Address concerns and challenges faced by schools during implementation.
  5. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for school staff on program delivery.
Program Delivery
  1. Program rollout at schools (especially high school programs) to ensure smooth delivery of the program.
  2. Conduct classes for students as needed.
  3. Conduct training programs for teachers as needed.
  4. Conduct orientation programs for parents and teachers as needed.
  5. Observe classes conducted by teachers to evaluate effectiveness of program delivery.
  6. Provide support on Learning Management System(LMS), including content management, timely first level support to schools and coordinate with LMS technical team for bug fixes and enhancements.
Teacher Support
  1. Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering programs effectively.
  2. Conduct training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
  3. Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among teachers.
Data Collection and Reporting
  1. Collect data on program implementation and impact.
  2. Prepare reports for further action.
  3. Identify areas for improvement for content based on feedback received.
Travel
  1. Be willing to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.
