Job Title: AI Strategic Implementer

This critical role drives the strategic implementation and governance of advanced intelligence tools such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.

The AI specialist ensures that our AI initiatives are executed with precision, security, and compliance, ultimately enhancing our technological capabilities and maintaining our competitive edge in the industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and managing data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data and enforcing zero-retention policies.
  • Delivering comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Implementing robust guardrails and moderation tools, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Tracking and analyzing model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
