Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team at Sumadhura Infracon Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our commercial sales and leasing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing commercial real estate sales, and developing strategic business plans.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial real estate sales and leasing, with strong skills in sales management, business planning, and strategic thinking. You will be responsible for leading and managing commercial sales initiatives, identifying market opportunities, and expanding the client base through targeted sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and execute sales plans tailored to meet specific business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing.

- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Estimated Salary: ₹25-30 lakhs per annum.
