Job Description

The Organizational Management team plays a crucial role in depicting the organizational structure, providing and distributing information electronically, and serving as a basis for reporting audits, legal, and internal reporting. This applies to all associates across the organization.

  • Global Projects: Active involvement in design, transition, takeover phases, and smooth running of OM activities in Global Projects.
  • Automation Programs: Initiating and implementing automation programs to reduce capacity and enhance user experience.
  • Process Improvements & Harmonization: Identifying, initiating, and implementing process improvements through Change Requests, Leave Applications, and Support Tickets. Harmonizing processes across entities.
  • Organizational Structure Maintenance: Maintaining organizational structures, positions, personnel, and communication master data.
  • Technical Support: Providing 2nd-level support on technical issues, resolving queries related to COMPAS, HR core rules, policies, and processes, data creation, and maintenance.
  • Master Data Maintenance: Maintaining organizational master data in the COMPAS system and position master data in the local HR system.
  • SAP Updates: Creating and updating org units, classification of org types, org areas, cost center updates, personnel area/sub-area updates, location updates, account assignment, info org unit, position maintenance, role updates, target/disciplinary manager mapping, managerial assignments, direct/indirect flag updates.
  • Monthly Inputs: Providing monthly inputs to the Org Changes Stakeholders Team on organizational management and Chief updates.
  • SLA Adherence: Ensuring timely closure of SSF tickets and interacting with stakeholders via Teams or email.
  • Query Creation & Reporting: Creating queries and generating need-based MIS reports from SAP and COMPAS.
Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, Postgraduate/MBA in HR (optional), MSW.

Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in SAP/SuccessFactors.

Skills: Experience in EC/SAP required.
