Job Title: Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering to develop and implement manufacturing processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement New Manufacturing Processes: Design, test, and deploy efficient manufacturing processes to streamline production and reduce costs.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and quality assurance teams to optimize industrial layouts and improve workflow efficiency.
  3. Equipment and Process Development: Collaborate with engineers to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of equipment, Bill of Resources (BOR), Bill of Operations (BOP), and Supply Chain lists.
  4. PLM Deliverables: Support the creation of product lifecycle management deliverables from concept to production launch, ensuring seamless transitions between stages.
  5. Analytical Insights: Analyze resource life cycle data, First Copy Cost (FCC) maintenance records, and Product Quality Control Plan (PQCP) data to inform process improvements and drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing process development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, industrial automation, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
