Voice Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Voice Process Specialist to join our team. As a Voice Process Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the process of obtaining broker price opinions for banks and mortgage companies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in working with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of BPO reports.
- Coordinate BPO Process: The Voice Process Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the BPO process from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and that reports are completed on time.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: The specialist will communicate regularly with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather information and provide updates on BPO assignments.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in international voice processes (US)
- Location: Work from office (Chennai location)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign BPO requests to qualified agents
- Track the progress of BPO assignments and ensure they are completed on time
- Address any discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports
