Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Voice Experience Tester, with a focus on testing and enhancing conversational AI solutions within the Healthcare industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive functional and regression test cases to ensure high-quality user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and provide actionable feedback on test results, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in voice and chat interfaces, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and effective.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and defect workflows is required.

Required Expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing and scripting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in testing Omni Channel (Voice and Chat) Natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI and cognitive solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation, with experience using tools like Hammer On Demand and/or Hammer Call Master and Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
  • Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry.
