Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements across various departments.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in end-to-end implementation of Siemens Opcenter EXPH and possess a strong understanding of its various modules, including User Management, PI Management, PI Process, and Weighing & Dispensing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering requirements for PI designing of products
  • Liaising with product experts and subject matter experts to determine the requirements for new PI designs
  • Designing and developing master data for equipment management, inventory management, and user management in MES
  • Designing and creating MBRs for specifications on Bill of Parameters (BOP)
  • Designing and creating complex PIs for Weighing & Dispensing, Manufacturing, and Packaging processes
  • Site-specific requirement analysis for each of the above processes and converting them into Batch Records
  • Validation of created PIs for site deployment
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • End-to-end implementation experience of Siemens Opcenter EXPH
  • Experience with SAP-MES interface, L2 integrations, report development
  • Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards and practical application in design
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience in Siemens Opcenter EXPH Specification, Execution, Compliance, and Performance Module
  • Experience with Siemens Opcenter EXPH Configuration, Customization
  • Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11
