Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Application Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to support business functions in describing and documenting business requirements for the application.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes supported by the application and experience working in a multicultural organization. They will also have excellent language skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert business requirements into a development maintenance plan for the application respecting global IT strategy and plan, policies and other relevant frameworks.
  • Collaborate with other application specialists ensuring a consistent solution and long-term governance of data.
  • Evaluate vendor updates patches and fixes.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance plan for the application.
  • Follow up on the quality performance and cost efficiency of the application.
  • Document and maintain records of business requirements for the application.
  • Provide second- and third-line support when needed.
  • Drive testing of the application in accordance with defined test strategy and plan.

Mandates:

  • Propose and define the development and maintenance plan for the application in collaboration with business owner business stakeholders and architecture team.
  • Define implementation of changes for the application.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant area.
  • More than 3 years' experience from using the application.
  • Deep knowledge of business processes supported by the application.
  • Experience from working in a multicultural organization.
  • Excellent language skills in English.
