Job Role: Complaints Resolution Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complaints lodged with regulatory bodies such as the RBI and Banking Ombudsman. This includes analysing complaints on merits, coordinating with various business verticals, preparing replies/defence statements based on feedback received from locations, and ensuring compliance with advisory/orders passed by the authority.
