We are recruiting a Sr. Specialist in HR Analytics & HRIS to enhance digital HR & analytics capabilities, focusing on optimizing system performance, driving strategic insights, and supporting comprehensive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design monthly/quarterly/yearly comprehensive HR analytics dashboards using advanced tools.
  • Conduct in-depth talent acquisition, internal mobility, onboarding, and retention analysis.
  • Create detailed reports and draw insights on key HR metrics and trends related to talent acquisition effectiveness, workforce demographics, performance trends, learning and development, compensation and benefits, succession etc.
  • Oversee system implementation and optimization, ensure data integrity, manage system integrations and data migration, and develop HR data governance protocols.
  • Evaluate, test, and update documentation based on quarterly releases.
  • Maintain and create documentation is a key point of your missions: specifications update, process, campaign follow-up, etc.
  • Collaborate with the HR network community.
  • Lead streams by sharing best practices, collecting local requirements, etc., to local HRs.
  • Support change management by challenging requests (accuracy, core model compatibility) and implementing validated evolutions based on project management methodology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Advanced degree desirable with special interest for analytics, digital, and HR function (operational HR experience is a plus).
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar function (managing mentioned SF modules).
