Job Title: Senior HR Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex HR data to inform business decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced analytics solutions using SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. You will also oversee the implementation and optimization of HRIS modules, ensuring data integrity and system performance.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function is required, along with a strong background in HR analytics, digital transformation, and human capital management. Your expertise in data governance, campaign management, and talent acquisition analysis will be invaluable to our team.

You must possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in SF People Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Success Factors Module - Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Central. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
