Bid Executive Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Executive to join our team. As a Bid Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all bid and proposal documentation is well-formatted and consistent with our company branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Formatting: Ensure that all bid and proposal documents are well-formatted and meet the required standards.
  • Proofreading: Review and proofread all completed documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the bid team, including coordinating with relevant members to write and produce draft documents and bid responses.
  • Bid Timetable Management: Manage the bid timetable to ensure that all deadlines are met and bids are submitted on time.
  • Review and Research: Review bid documents and pull together previous relevant bids, best practice answers from bid portals, and systems.
  • Contract Knowledge: Possess sound knowledge of different types of contracts.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with business excellence teams and clients for day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:

  • Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or another relevant discipline.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience required.
  • Advantageous Experience: Exposure to preparing bids is an advantage.
  • Industry Knowledge: Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.
  • Communication Skills: Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
