Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled corporate lawyer with experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.

This is a full-time remote opportunity offering deep exposure to venture finance, startups, and cross-border investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.
  • Review and finalise transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.
  • Liaise with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior law firm experience; candidates looking to transition in-house are encouraged to apply.
