Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Parag Milk Foods.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a proven track record of over-achieving targets. They will be experienced in managing complex negotiations with senior-level executives and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

A competitive estimated salary for this role is ₹10 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This figure is inclusive of the responsibilities mentioned below:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
Key Qualifications
  • 2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
