
Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and respond to visitor inquiries, candidate interviews, and vendor meetings.
- Coordinate meetings and events as instructed.
- Maintain attendance records, track access cards, and monitor asset movements.
- Organize document and material flow, including courier services.
- Track company assets and manage inventory of office supplies and consumables.
- Arrange company transportation and internal catering facilities.
- Ensure accurate filing and record maintenance.
- Support administrative tasks and housekeeping functions.
- Engage with vendors and oversee contract management.
- Oversee annual maintenance contracts and primary upkeep of company assets.
Essential Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a front office or administrative role (1-2 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
