Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and respond to visitor inquiries, candidate interviews, and vendor meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings and events as instructed.
  • Maintain attendance records, track access cards, and monitor asset movements.
  • Organize document and material flow, including courier services.
  • Track company assets and manage inventory of office supplies and consumables.
  • Arrange company transportation and internal catering facilities.
  • Ensure accurate filing and record maintenance.
  • Support administrative tasks and housekeeping functions.
  • Engage with vendors and oversee contract management.
  • Oversee annual maintenance contracts and primary upkeep of company assets.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a front office or administrative role (1-2 years).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consideration for freshers from relevant educational backgrounds.
