About This Role:

  • Manage the financial performance of jewelry brands listed on our platform.
  • Successfully onboard national and international jewelry brands and maintain relationships for their growth journey.
  • Determine customer market needs, grow selection across sub-categories, brands, and use cases, manage vendor partners, optimize vendor terms, and support marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the category management/marketing team to create innovative promotions and site features to improve customer experience.
  • Develop short-term and long-term plans for growth and report on key metrics and risk factors.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and automation across systems to scale a fast-growing business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the jewelry industry.
  • Previous experience working for an e-commerce marketplace/business specific to Jewelry.
  • Strong understanding of jewelry market dynamics, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and drive results.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
