Job Title: Sales Executive
Aurika 925 Silver is a premium silver jewelry brand known for handcrafted 92.5 silver pieces with gold-plated finishes. We blend traditional craftsmanship with modern style to offer elegant jewelry for everyday wear.
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of the brand at our retail store. You will assist customers, maintain store presentation and cleanliness, manage daily inventory movements, and ensure a positive shopping experience from welcome to feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and engage walk-in customers in a warm, professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces and explain product details
- Upsell and cross-sell products where suitable
- Process sales through POS system
- Collect and record customer feedback after each purchase
- Handle daily inventory inward/outward entries
- Ensure products are tagged, stocked, and accounted for properly
- Coordinate with the packaging or backend team for stock movements
- Flag low-stock items to the manager proactively
- Ensure the store is clean, well-lit, and welcoming at all times
- Maintain the display trays, shelves, mirrors, and product layout neatly
- Refresh product displays daily/weekly as per brand styling guidelines
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience (jewelry experience preferred)
- Basic communication in English and local language
- Pleasant personality and good customer interaction skills
- Basic understanding of billing systems or POS (training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to stand for long hours and multitask
- Experience with luxury or boutique retail
- Basic Excel knowledge for inventory records
- Interest in jewelry and styling
